I recently switched from using crap protien that I'd been getting from the supermarket to a better brand, and since then my weight has gone up by over a kg (2.2lb), but at the same time my muscle mass has gone up just under a kg

Why don't you weigh yourself and then let us know.

155 even.

For the first time in like the last two weeks, I finally went down a bit on the scale by 0.3 pounds. I will take anything moving in the right direction. :peace:

Nice. I've also hit a bit of a wall, but it's ok. We've made good progress so far.

i’ve never had success with whey protein. feels like a lot of calories and crap additives. at this point i just want to be in shape though, whatever proportion the cosmos decides that should be. like water

I started at 165 and got all the way down to 150.5, but then back up to 155. I think my sweet spot where I feel good is 153.

When it's super hot or humid I lose a bit of my appetite but not the whole thing. I also feel like when I'm in a bathing suit, I might tend to eat a little less to prevent a baby bump from forming lol.

I hope this helps.

I thought I was the only midget at 5-foot-8? These other guys are well over 6 feet. Even Lenny is 5-9

Heat does seem to affect mine. Maybe more so when I’ve worked up a serious sweat.

If I decide to weigh-in I typically try to hop on first thing in the AM before I start eating or drinking.

It can be dangerous though because on days where I come in under I think I eat more.

So, on a day like today where I weigh in fat at 155, it was easy to hold myself to a salad.
