How much time has passed since the last game? They deconstructed all of the shrines and built entirely new shrines?
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

re: i got bugs -No. You have to find a place that converts them into permanent battery power. There is one place right outside lookout landing. It is a zonai robot on top of a stone. He’s right outside the door of lookout landing where that girl is doing her research

You’re worried about plot holes in a fantasy land of magic?

A simple way to look at it - the space / time continuim was altered by Zelda going back in time. That explains all the differences. I don't think it's Zelda accurate or Zelda canon, but it will soothe your mind.

Follows on directly from BOTW. With some of the same characters

I’m not sure a Zelda game has ever done that.

That’s part of the best set in the game. Find the armor and the mask. It really increases your attack power. That’s all I’m wearing now

I think you spoiled a plot point in the game for me.

The miners outfit is Fucking hysterically funny. I love it.
Thought they were doing something along those lines

I can’t remember where I found these angry god trousers I did two or three long sessions running around over the weekend.

The fierce deity is one of the forms Link turns into in Majora’s Mask.

Over this long weekend, I finished visiting all the towers and stables, unlocked all 4 great fairy fountains, found the Champions Leathers and fully upgraded it, completed the Master Sword quest (but didn't grab the sword so I can farm the shit out of it).

107 Shrines completed and fully cleared.
33 Lightroots
258 Koroks
75 hours.

Good job.

I’ve done about 70 hours and done none of that haha!

How do I find out how many hours I’ve done?
And how do I farm the master sword?

I’m in the middle of a snowy slope trying to get that damn band up to the great fairy. This whole band thing has been fun but a pain too. Even though the drummer is playing a bodhrán.
I’ve done a bunch of shrines and been balancing between hearts and stamina

It’s the endless distractions are the killer

After you view all of the geoglyphs and cure the Great Deku Tree, the location of the Master Sword appears on the map (as long as you have that quest active). You'll farm the Light Dragon - fang, talon, scale, horn and spike. I think it's altitude is lowest when this quest is active- you can land it from the nearest tower. They aren't used for upgrade items a whole lot (Champions Leathers - DEF 32), but you can sell them and there will be DLC so maybe the pieces will be used then. The dragon farming process is different in TotK - 10 minute till you can re-obtain a piece.

Hours are shown on your profile on your Switch.

Thanks. Have not encountered any of that stuff yet. Except Did fix impas balloon and took a pic of one glyph thing. I’ll get to it.
Then got distracted.
