I really thought I was gonna get it today. Maybe tomorrow. I got my shipping confirmation Monday. Yesterday the UPS tracker said it was still in Washington, but this morning it said it was in a suburb or Chicago. Knowing my luck I'll get it next Thursday.

Haha, see my post above with stip's reply. I don't think 10c really has this mail thing down.

It's a real possibility that I will like this more than I like The Arcade Fire's new album. Maybe not, but this is really good.

I'm not usually a big "solo" guy (I don't mind a 5 minute long wankfest live, but not on an album), but I feel like LB's solos mostly have purpose, distinction, and don't overstay their welcome.

Once upon a time PJ was compared to great contemporaries like AIC. Now they get compared to fucking our lady peace and counting crows for fucks sake.

Id rather they explore and evolve than try to write songs that sound like b-sides from 1991 like AIC.

I really enjoyed their first 4 albums. I didn't realize they were still around. 5 was ehh and I got off the boat at 6
Heavyweights has a couple great tracks . It has been sparse since Gravity.

Just finished up listening all the way through. I really, really like the way this album flows, and wouldn't have any desire to retrack it. The middle part from Sirens to Swallowed Whole meshes together brilliantly. My only real beef with it is Future Days, really the only song I dont like. I hate that they are going to play it all the time to give Boom something to do.
