Neruda

«An inspector hunts down Nobel Prize-winning Chilean poet, Pablo Neruda, who becomes a fugitive in his home country in the late 1940s for joining the Communist Party.»

Back on the movies I’ve never seen before. Good start to this, I like the mood it gives. Not finished yet.

Neruda lost me a bit towards the end, but I still enjoyed watching it.

The Lost City Of Z

«A true-life drama, centering on British explorer Major Percival Fawcett, who disappeared whilst searching for a mysterious city in the Amazon in the 1920s.»

Hope this is at least a little bit like Indiana Jones.

Jackie

«Following the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy fights through grief and trauma to regain her faith, console her children, and define her husband's historic legacy.»

One more movie today. Should be interesting, if not great.

Old… I had no idea it was remade.

Jackie was a bit boring to me. Portman overplaying the role at times. Still interesting to learn more about it. A movie, but almost like a history lesson.
