Everyone is doing well! Let's breakout those tank tops and swim suits this weekend, weather will be nice.

I treated myself to a couple Dunkin' breakfast tacos this AM, but will skip lunch!

156 before my dump this AM.

How many of you guys keep track of things like flight of stairs climbed per day, steps, exercise, heart rate?

I use an Apple Watch and while I don't wear it super early in the AM or at night, I do find that it motivates me during the day.

I stopped taking the elevator recently and can now get up to 13-20 flights climbed per day, which I think helps me maintain.

I don’t track stairs, but on non-exercise days I generally still pay attention to heart rate, calories burned, steps…Sometimes I like to try and guess how many calories I’ve burned at different points of the day.

I'm usually right around 540 cals burned per day, but again it's misleading cuz I don't have this thing strapped on all day

True…To clarify I’m trying to guess on the Total Calories vs Move

I’m a bit obsessed with the heart rate metrics

My resting heart rate is usually mid 50s to mid-upper 60s

I'm not sure how to see on the watch where it tracks total cals.

Yeah, I was referring to Move.

I almost always hit the 30 minutes of exercise goal even when I don't formally go to the gym. I'm nervous by nature and tend to run around a lot I guess.

Im guessing you are burning a heck of a lot more just by living.

If you do exercise daily that burns 540 calories on top of typical caloric life burn, then you are golden.

The past 2 months ive been super swamped with work and preparing for my wedding. The thing i needed most during that time frame was cardio, i wanted to slim down. I didnt have time for any muscle building exercise.

Felt great at my wedding then took an additional week up at the cabin eating burgers, drinking beer, cheese curds.

Came back a bloated mess and weak as hell again.

Yup, getting older sucks.

I mostly focus on cardio because its best for outdoor mountain activity. My legs will always be strong by virtue of hiking/skiing. But i need to do better at strengthening as well. Definitely need to get back into Yoga at least...
