I was thinking about how much meth my uncle has done (and continues to do) in his lifetime and yet he's still somehow alive. Is my bloodline effectively immortal?

Major anxiety / panic attack. I haven't had one in a very long time. These suck.

Re: Talk about your day thread
Two things kinda converged at once.
I pay a lot in child support every week and it's starting to really drain my savings. And, I see no way out. Trying to reduce my expenses.
Second, had my physical the other day and my cholesterol is over 300 and they are putting me on medicine (high cholesterol runs in the family).

But yeah this is the kind where I'm sick to my stomach and shaking. I know it will pass, but still.

Dang, so sorry, Coach. I promise you if you try a breathing exercise like, for instance, wim hof, it can help.

I’m sorry, Coach. They are awful. How close are you to the child support ending?

My kiddo is eight, so I have a long way. I'm not in an emergency financial situation yet but the trend of borrowing from my savings account has got to end.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:I’m sorry, Coach. They are awful. How close are you to the child support ending?

But yeah, I think it's time for a second job like freelance work or a fun side hustle. Divorce is a joy.

Might be too late, but you could take advantage of summer festival season and get some seasonal work nights/weekends. Bartending, food service, security, etc. Could be kinda cool.Coach wrote:Everything is on the table!spike wrote:Side hustle as a faecal transplant donor?Coach wrote:My kiddo is eight, so I have a long way. These are all good suggestions. I worked as a lifeguard once, but would have to get recertified.bodysnatcher wrote:i mean the logical thing is to look for a coaching jobspike wrote:Might be too late, but you could take advantage of summer festival season and get some seasonal work nights/weekends. You could also do Uber or shop and deliver groceries for people. I know a few people who’ve done that for some extra scratch.Coach wrote:These are all good suggestions.
