I'm pretty much the same. I've been napping after work way too much lately too. I made myself get up and clean my kitchen and small hallway thoroughly, then walked. Was going to do bands also, but pussie* out. Still was a productive two hours. Sadly, that's a lot for me.

I'm sorry I missed this. Also...

I finally went for an early morning solo walk today. I'd been walking in the evenings, sometimes, or walking with my wife and the dog on weekends, but I like going solo. Gives me an opportunity to reflect and not worry about talking or not walking too fast.

one day down...

For the third consecutive day, I've gone for a sunrise walk. 30 min/2 miles. I'm thinking I might increase the time by five minutes every two weeks until I get back to walking for 90 minutes, or 6 miles.

Today makes fourteen consecutive days I've gone on a walk for at least 30 minutes.

Much needed movement.

it's basically a treadmill but scaled down slightly.

lots of folks use them in tandem with a standing desk to get some movement in throughout the day.

3.62. I'm a much better walker than runner. Maybe a full pivot is overdue.

it's just under 1.5 miles to my kid's school, so now that the weather's getting better, i walked to pick her up yesterday. then we took the tram to school this morning and i walked home. planning to walk to get her again today. hoping this can be my routine most days before it gets ungodly hot.
