Rewatched The World’s End for the first time since seeing it in the theater - good but definitely not the equal of Shaun and Hot Fuzz. Wish they had spent more time just bullshitting amongst the five leads, that was the best aspect of the movie.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

The Martian — Still fun, but Wiig and Glover are both atrocious in this
Ridley Scott is generally not a good Director of actors

Giving Dunkirk (now on netflix) another rewatch. This one really does get better with each viewing. Wasn't a huge fan of it first time I saw it.

I always thought RM's utter rejection of Dunkirk was odd.

The thing about Dunkirk is there are zero things about it that are good

The Net / Geumul

«A North Korean fisherman breaks his boat engine by accident and drifts down to South Korea. After enduring brutal investigations in the South, he eventually gets sent back to North Korea.»

Should be interesting.

Couldn’t quite finish today, but I do think Kim Ki-duk was a great director.

Watched the Iranian movie The Salesman. It was good.
