Pendulum is foolish live, move over Release.

Exactly what I was thinking. I have tingles, goosebumps. Simply amazing opener.wilkins wrote:Pendulum is foolish live, move of Release.

Huh, I thought the chorus still sounded weak compared to the studio version.

He doesn't belt it out, but he sings all the LB's in the right timing. You also still can't really hear Stone's second guitar very well, but it's not completely absent here. I think everyone got their parts right.Mike wrote:Huh, I thought the chorus still sounded weak compared to the studio version.

Damn I don't know why Infallible doesn't sound like this on the album...
Oh wait I do.

The house is sleeping and my headphones are in a room with a guest. I wish I could hear how infallible sounded

Yeah, that chorus is saved for me due to belting "Lightning Bolt" out clearly. "Clearly" is important here, I need to hear the full-bodied word.harmless wrote:He doesn't belt it out, but he sings all the LB's in the right timing. "Yellow Moon" is vintage PJ.

That may be a video quality thing in this case.Mike wrote:Yeah, that chorus is saved for me due to belting "Lightning Bolt" out clearly. "Sirens" is also good live.
All these are, except for maybe LTRP... which is fine but a bit pointless.

He's turning away from the mic halfway through the word again. The rest of the song was good though, it's really a minor complaint of mine.harmless wrote:That may be a video quality thing in this case.Mike wrote:Yeah, that chorus is saved for me due to belting "Lightning Bolt" out clearly. I just said Sirens was good, and it was. But Ed can't reach many of those high notes, just as I thought. But that's OK, because I'd rather that was honest than hearing them all tuned down so that he can sing it.

So they did NOT tune down the new songs? Holy fuck, let's hope that lasts at least through Brooklyn.harmless wrote:

Ed sounds really good on pendulum and yellow moon. I agree that some kinda vocal looping at the end of pendulum would sound awesome but it sounds badass anyway.. I wish there way more of that parting ways esque guitar on yellow moon but still sounds awesome. Chorus still kills infallible
