this band peaked musically at the grunt sound in ‘Obey the Law of the Heart’ and it’s pointless to even attempt any new music after that apex was reached

they could still redeem themselves

if they do a killer version of 'Of The Earth' in a recording studio / instrument sound that sounds like Vs. or Vitalogy sessions

that is the only way

i can think of currently

that or Boom gets to sing a song on keytar

only two ways

to redemption

I'll take a bit rough around the edges and dirty than something that's processed and cleaned up for a studio recording.
It has all fooled into believing it was the next Tremor Christ :?

I remember someone replied to somebody else's skepticism with "I KNOW WHAT I'M HEARING!"

Whatever Stone claims will probably be given some more context in this upcoming interview with Jeff..

Kyle Meredith's interview with Jeff will be online in 6 days!

Oh god. This is getting comical at this point. Jeff is gonna say it's the spritziest album they have ever made isn't he?

He’s gonna say they’ve all brought in some cool demos and shit but they’ve not actually started recording it yet.

I'm really pulling the reigns in on this one.
the way I acted in the run-up to, and aftermath of Lightning Bolt is fucking embarrassing to look back on now but I really was desperately clinging onto any shots of serotonin I could find at the time

I'm generally happier now so yeah, give me Gigaton again and I'll be alright with it; there's really no excuse for something worse than the Giga at this point, it's the new gold standard

The best part of this thread so far was ellisemanos calling 9up’s haikus awful when he’s been consistently laying down the worst fake PJ song titles in the galaxy
