i seem to be settling around 170

which i am good with

i can see my abs

like a 4 pack

on a good day maybe 6

a full 6 is a little intense though

almost skeletor-like

now time to get overconfident and go down in a ball of personal fire
Yup, I started at 165 and got down to 150.5, which was below my goal weight of 155. Stayed in the low 150s for awhile, but then blew up to 158ish and now back down to 156.

It was too hard for me to stay in the low 150s, and I should have been happy with 155. I am now getting back very close to 155. Once I get there, if I am happy, which I should be, I will just maintain at 155.

Was getting myself back on track the last two weeks after wedding celebration fun.

Daily exercises. Peloton. Yoga. Hiking. Drinking less. Eating less.

About to all be thrown out the window as I head to Baltimore this weekend and eat crabs and drink at the ball game.

Oh well

158.0. Stuck in this area code for awhile now. I know what I have to do, but I am frankly just enjoying myself and having a nice summer.
