I just discovered there’s really one ingredient in the difference between salsa and guacamole


I made salsa. Letting it mingle n settle in the fridge overnight. Make the guacamole in the morning.

Tonight, in celebration of our 23rd wedding anniversary, I’ll be making filets with lobster tails, twice baked potatoes, creamed spinach and crème brûlée.
