I don't mind aliens, but something about the time travel didn't work for me. Maybe it was just those particular scenes because the theory working up to it didn't bother me.

I'm seeing it Saturday. I'm kinda hopeful it will be decent.

There is this cabal of youtube channels that absolute hate everything with how LFL has been handled under Disney, and rail against other "woke" things. Their video titles are often hyperbolic and there is little substance within the actual video; just regurgitating from low-tier "articles" they find on the web. Standard click-bait fare.

Anyway, they've been blasting the hell out of this movie, I guess to get viewership down to prove that Disney sucks. But then in some of the comments people are like "this movie isn't that bad." etc.

So weird.
