It’s like they are trying to re-make older episodes this series.

It’s interesting but not very funny.

De Vito/chess/anal beads was the best one

I wouldn’t say so, save a few episodes here and there. Sometimes the more zany or ridiculous episodes don’t work as well as the safer ones though.

You should really watch the Ireland episodes from last season

I would say that was true of the last two or three seasons but it doesn't feel that way to me this season, so far. But I've only seen the first four.
