I ended up losing 5 pounds because I wasn’t sitting on my butt all day like I usually do.

Work pants are tighter due to my five pound weight gain. I'm having quite the summer. Still doing 30 min of exercise every day, but excess food and drink has done me in.

Gained 8 lbs on vacation last week. Have lost 4 of them since weigh-in on Monday.

Still 3-4 pounds off from where I like to be, but not a lot of bloat today. Pants fit good.

clocked in at 173 this morning

not bad given the bacchanal eating and drinking that transpired the last two weeks

spent the day gardening in the heat and eating very light

will see what tomorrow holds

I've consistently been about five pounds heavier, but I have also been working out like a beast and I definitely feel like my pecs, biceps, shoulders are bigger and harder. Also, my thighs are bigger.

I wonder if some of the weight gain is muscle. My pants still fit, as do my shirts. I dunno. Maybe a combo of a little added fat and muscle?

My goal is to lose no fewer than 11 more pounds by the time I meet dad in September. That’s not all I want to lose but it is something that feels achievable.

Well, I just had to pick up a new suit for a few upcoming weddings.

I fit into my regular size (38R); even had to have the 32 inch waist taken in a bit.
