Alright, now the actors are on strike, so this is serious. Should we have a place to discuss this stuff?

I suppose Visual Effects workers aren't unionized. We can just make them make movies with whatever scripts ChatGPT happens to write.

I wonder if things are different this time since the corporations are a lot more powerful than they were in the 80s. They can afford to starve them out.
