Turns out - through my google search - that squash noodles can cause this. And, I had a medley of squash noodles (instead of pasta) with tomato sauce last night.
Perhaps the tomato sauce played a small part, as well?
It doesn't happen with regular pasta, so I don't know. But man, I was so relieved to discover this was due to squash and nothing more. :haha:

Does playing squash do anything to your poops?

Just had a big ol' log that forced two flushes. The wiping was a bit much though.

Regular squash play is great exercise, which helps keep you regular and when combined with a healthy diet I'm sure poop will improve.

I am going to lay off the food squash for a bit. It left me with that orange poop and bloated feeling.

After a couple weeks of crapping in european toilets, which receive the poop at a 90 degree angle out of the water, and slope them into a shallow pool, destroying the shape of all but the firmest, and emitting intense aroma as if one’s large dog just shit on the floor; I am now back state-side, and shitting in regular, deepwater toilet bowls, allowing for enhanced visual analysis as the log is received and more gently rested at the bottom of the bowl in it’s intact state, with only a small sample of the aroma provided to inform the experience.

My first couple craps have been bare and forced. I am pretty sure I was dehydrated on the plane and in my first night of sleep. Have been focusing on drinking water all day, but I think it will take time before I am crapping A-logs again. I’m coming off the tail end of a carbo load fest, full of alcohol, and way more dairy than I have been having recently. My craps will need to re-adjust to high fiber, protein, low carb and low dairy. It will be a journey. I have some Trader Joe’s salads to try to kick this off right.

Pray for me.

God Bless RM

And God Bless American Toilet Water Depth

Yup, they don't like to use a lot of water (or ice) in Europe. It's tough. And, smelly.

it’s an issue

I mean, how are you supposed to know how your craps are doing

and such a violent process

poop hits the slope

unravels in a flaming reverse snowball of filth

like watching a pet go through a meat grinder

where is the love

decent dump post- two cups of coffee

solid but short logs. some girth on a few

like a family of brown bears tucked away for hibernation in their cave at the bottom of the bowl

After not pooing the last two days just pushed out an absolute monster. It was snaking down into the drain. Sadly I will never know just how long it was.

A somewhat busy day for me on the throne. TP at work kinda cut me up a bit, but I will be ok.
