Every now and then I'll try humming Sirens, and I start thinking "Man, I was wrong, this IS really good! Now I get why everyone is so into it!"

And then I realize I'm humming Already Gone by Kelly Clarkson.

I laughed at Matt's drum intro on the video / live cut. Does that make me at least slightly cool?

:(

Guys, it's OK to laugh at these songs for being terribly poppy, and still like them. I believe in love and disaster. Sometimes the two are just the same.

Yeah that bit's funny. Although far more cliched and cheesy is Matt's toms in the intro. I'm not sure how he plays that with a straight face.

The instrumental intro sounds weird to begin with. It sounds as if it was edited/cut in.

I don't know how many times I've listened to this thing now.

Sounds to me like it had a regular count in that was simply edited out.

Nothing strange about that.

They're all good. I'm having trouble picking just one for the poll.

I honk I'm coming in at the tail end of something Harmless. Not sure what its all about.
Yeah, no worries it doesn't matter now.

I can't pick a favourite song, haven't voted on the poll. I probably won't. If pushed I might say Sirens, but that seems pretty bloody crazy and I'm not sure if I'm ready to take that step yet.
As of now I've voted Pendulum because, well, it puts that "I wish Pearl Jam would do more of this" devil on my shoulder. But yeah, Sirens might end up the song that gets my vote.

I didn't mean that in a pro tools kind of way. It sounds like a song on a radio that has it's intro cut up until the vocals kick in kind of thing. You'd expect it to start with a build up or something.

Man, "Of the Girl" following "Pendulum" is just sick. Really happy to hear a Binaural song being played.

In what way? I'm not noticing anything, but I'm not using the best speakers right now. They better not fuck with that song.

Nope, it's the same. Mike's solo is more fussy, that's the only difference.
