was 170.8 to start the day

did almost 15 miles of bike riding and some chinups

170 appears to be my floor, which I'm fine with

now just gotta focus on the swedish penis enlargement
If your floor is 170 and your BMI is in the 22s, I think that's a solid place to be for some fun in the sun with a couple bikini clad ladies and a Coors Light beer.
i would like that very much

especially if they have penises

yeah, I have. I'm too lazy (and unmotivated) to get out of bed to walk in the morning, and it's too hot to walk in the afternoon or evening.

I'll snap out of it eventually, but right now I'm feeling like crap.

You will just fall asleep on your face but at least the fat on your face will give you cushioning

Why not just do burpees?
