I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Re: Christopher Nolan's OPPENHEIMER (2023)
turns out i'm not seeing it in IMAX cause STL is too long of a drive and I don't want to get a hotel for this
I'll just have to see it in a normal theater. Might also see barbie in the same day

I'm seeing Barbie with my siblings Friday. I'm debating getting tickets to see Oppenheimer immediately afterwards.

Watching Barbie and Oppenheimer back to back sounds fun in theory, but that's an almost 2 hour movie followed by a 3 hour movie. By my calculations, that's....almost 5 hours! That's too much.
