Yes, I went from 165+ to low 150s for awhile. I've been stuck in the mid-high 150s for awhile now, though.

I think 155 is an ideal weight for me. I am actually working out more than I did earlier this year, so I also wonder if I am gaining a little muscle, too. My pants still fit, etc.

157.1 today

157.1 was after a small poop and two large iced coffees, so maybe a little lighter. Or maybe the poop weight loss offsets the coffee/water intake.

Well, it's summer and you are enjoying yourself, so don't take it too hard. You'll shake that off in a week or so.

Good workout yesterday. Another is on tap for this afternoon.

I have to go out to dinner w/ some friends so I am going to aim for something healthy like seafood, but let's face it, it will all have a ton of salt on it.

I'm not going to let it ruin my day, though.

I have the PJ show and a wedding coming up at the end of the month, so I am clamping down for a stretch of time here.

I want to fit into my slim fitted suits and dress slacks more comfortably. They fit, but I like wearing the waist a little on the loose side.

I don't have weight loss to report, but I do have positive feedback.

For the last five days, I have only had water, diet soda and healthy foods. It's amazing how less bloated I look and feel in my face and stomach. Even though I weigh the same, my clothes are less tight.

Yay to killing off inflammation. I'm going to keep this up so I can see how I feel after a week or so.

For the next two weeks, my GF and I are doing an "only healthy eating and drinking" stint to jump start some weight loss and to ensure we can fit into our fancy clothes for a few weddings coming up! Join in!
