going to grill some ribeye, thin slice them and make Philly cheese...bun, melted velveeta and some grilled onion

In Philly I always had one American and one Provolone with. Buddy of mine got whiz every time without fail. If Jim's finally reopens I have definitely toyed with the idea of having meat for the first time in quite a while.
