Try not to let it ruin your day.

I have to go out to dinner tonight and freaking out about what to eat.

I mean the golfing even with a wheelchair or cart is still going to burn some cals

Consider puking in the woods between snacks, too. Play in long sleeves and try to sweat and lose some water weight out there.

Just keep hydrated out there. You could also combine a couple water pills and the golf, but you will have to hydrate a lot. You will sweat and pee out excess waste, though.

Look, this is a dangerous game you are playing. I dunno, but if you are up for it...weigh yourself before and after golf. Let's see what happens.

I hope this doesn't ruin your day.

Going back to my place after the whole weekend and a few days staying at my moms. She is coming back from Montevideo today.

I got to spend time with my dog, took him for walks, play a lot, sleep with him. I fucking love this dog so much.

a classmate of mine messaged me wanting me address as they wanted to send me a house warming gift.

i had one or two FB instant messaging convos with him and we chatted at the last reunion so i was a little shocked.

turns out when he bought his house it got hit by lightning and while he had surge protectors on his TV plugs he didnt on his washing machine, laptop and a few other things and they were fried. so he sent me a few items to prevent this.

Getting my morning coffee. How fucking hard is it to toast a bagel? Who even orders an untoasted bagel? Do they serve raw chicken, too? Worthless.

I'd set an alarm for 5:45 to go for a walk, as I've been doing for the last couple of weeks. And just like previous days, I hit snooze a billion times, right up until it was time for me to start my workday.

I prepared coffee for me and Mrs. dad, pulled up the blinds, and put out food and water for the dog.

Then I took the dog to the groomer.

good quality bagels are sometimes better untoasted

but good quality bagels are very rare

i consider few in that category globally

i have had little bagel exposure the last year or so
