I know that I am working out tonight, and on days where I try to go too low carb I never have enough energy for the gym. I had a salad for lunch and likely eggs for dinner.

I'm about five pounds over where I want to be. The older I get the harder this gets.

Coach, what is your sleep situation like? How much are you getting per night? There are studies out here linking sleep and weight loss/gain.

I'm definitely "enjoying" myself this summer, so while I am sleeping, I don't believe that I am getting good quality sleep. In fact, I was up at 4 am last night and couldn't fall back asleep.

I just need to get more consistent with the sleep on the weekends and such.

I made a garden salad and placed tuna atop it with Lite Buttermilk Ranch dressing.

I lacked tomatoes, but I am not gonna let that ruin my day.

I hope you're able to sweat out some of that buttermilk.
