Surprisingly, the transition from MFS to Sirens isn't as awkward when you chuck them both deeper into the album, and Sleeping By Myself sounds a lot nicer placed after Sirens as it plays off the softness of both tracks. Pendulum and Yellow Moon closing out the album, as they should be.

I didn't realize there was a thread for this when i was talking about it in the LB thread earlier but my first retrack is really simple, i feel like the combo of sirens and lightning bolt are in the wrong spot on the album,so id just move them down a couple of tracks

I haven tried it to see if i like it better that way, and it might actually be better switching lightning bolt and sirens as well but i just feel like those 2 are placed weirdly

And like WtoB, I love the first session tracks a lot. If you listen to that first session you can almost imagine the band meeting word for word saying they need a few rockers, an anthem and some more immediacy from the next batch of tracks. I like Getaway and MFS from session 2 but the others seem to have been written from a brief. We need an anthem rocker (LB), a punk rock song to fire them up (MYM), a poignant ballad (FD) and a piece of throwaway shite (LTRP).
