Stopped at Trader Joe’s after my haircut, and as soon as I walked in I immediately had to pee.

yeah, just in case someone started sucking on my hand at work, or, more likely, I shake hands with someone. Wouldn't want my pee in their mouth or on their hands!

I had to get up to pee a couple times last night.

All I had before dinner was some water and a diet soda.

I think that once I start eating and drinking healthy, my body sheds that water weight fast through urine.
