Went for a slow jog and got bored and my legs were feeling heavy so I just put the pedal to the medal for the last half mile. Boy, do I feel okay right now!

You need to watch out for heat stroke.
I am absolutely drenched in sweat 10 minutes in, but overall the heat/humidity is tolerable enough for me. If I weren't going so slowly I know it would feel much worse.
