I have kind of an avoidant personality and I'm a procrastinator. Do you guys have a way of convincing yourself to do things you don't want to do? Do you psyche yourself up? Force your mind to frame things in a different way to make them more motivating?

Yeah, I usually just acknowledge it sucks and and the worrying makes it worse. I also try to chain shitty tasks together so it’s like one bad day instead of some bad everyday

- I bought a concert ticket for a friend, with the understanding that we would go to the show together and she would pay it back.
- A few days before the show, we went out to a nice dinner together. My half of the bill was more or less the cost of the ticket, so she paid for dinner and called the debt settled.
- The concert was canceled due to weather. I was able to attend the make-up date the following day, but my friend couldn't due to work. I received a refund for her unused ticket.
I should send her the refunded money of her ticket, right?
