I think it’s the downstream of that, the charges that aren’t ‘conspiracy to’ that folks are expecting from state level felonies and likely (hopefully) much more solid even if they are not as tied to prison time.

My stream has been less than optimal at times recently. I worry about my prostate, but then it all bounces back, so hopefully no cancer in my future.
