We're going with another couple to an oyster place tonight. I've had a long-held stance on not eating seafood in a landlocked state, regardless of what time of day it was flown in. We've heard nothing but rave reviews about this place (https://www.sedaliasokc.com/), and I'm hoping I can trust seafood that's not fresh off the boat.

this was so so good, just outstanding seafood.

also, the best gin and tonic I’ve ever had. They make the tonic in-house.

I do. It's like living in any other state, except we're almost dead last in education and in the top two of incarceration. But we've got great BBQ, great *Mexican, and now we've got a great place to get oysters!
