Corporate feedback

Post by simple schoolboy »

When did it become impossible to contact a company with feedback? Maybe I'm crazy, but I thought that at some point there was an email address that one could contact. Now, phone numbers are the only thing publicly available, with the knowledge that those phone numbers lead down the rabbit hole of automated menus for issues that aren't relevant to you. Maybe this is one of the downsides of VOIP, in that these 800 numbers now have negligible cost and are used to screen out disgruntled customers. Apparently filtering emails is just too darn hard, or something.

do the other mods have the capacity for being notified upon the event of mecca's sudden collapse? i'm worried about that guy, and his institutional knowledge would be missed, because the crackpots of RM aren't going to be of much help.

my only hope is that the brain (or consciousness, or soul, or what have you) can separate itself from his corporeal mode of rotund transportation, a la Kuato
