Para nuts do not only contain a lot of protein and fat but also have many mineral nutrients such as calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc and selenium. When sold as nature provides them, in the shell, para nuts have a long life and can serve any time as tasty and healthy meal between meals with high nutritional value.

Para nut trees, named after the Brazilian state of Pará, are up to 50 m high and grow in the rainforests of South America. There the fruit are collected by hand, para nut trees are not specifically grown. One of the 10-12 cm round fruit of the para nut tree contains up to 25 of the 2 x 5 cm seeds. In South America, para nuts are an important part of the diet, because 6 raw para nuts have the same nutritional value as a 200 g steak. Para nuts can be processed to flour or oil, used in baking and cooking, and eaten roasted or raw.

Currently having these. I think I’d rather have a normally salted peanut.

I like walnuts too, but often prefer them as an ingredient in a dish

«According to the Peanut Institute, botanically peanuts are legumes. For culinary, research and nutritional purposes, peanuts are still nuts. How can that be—they have the word "nut" in the name? The Peanut Institute says it's because peanuts grow underground, and other nuts like walnuts and almonds grow on trees.»

«Despite their common label, almonds are not true nuts (a type of dry fruit) but rather seeds enclosed in a hard fruit covering.»

«the fruits of the cashew, almond, and pistachio plants are not true nuts, but are rather classified as “drupes.” Drupes are fruits that are fleshy on the outside and contain a shell covering a seed on the inside.»

« Brazil nuts come from the South American Bertholletia excelsa, or Brazil nut, tree. Despite its name, the Brazil nut is technically a seed rather than a nut.»

don’t eat any currently

closest thing would be hummus

which I am eating less these days too bc it is to easy to over-eat
