Kept the slower pace but upped the miles.

7.35 @ 10:15 in 76 degrees & 95% humidity

The humidity almost did me in. My body was screaming at me to stop at 6 but I pushed through. Wouldn't have been able to at faster pace.

my sophomore was timed for a 2 mile for his cross country team last night. he did ok -- 10:39. he's been getting over mono since like june. he was happy, but wanted to break the 10:30 mark. he didn't, and so he went to bed hungry last night (dinner's for winners).

a senior on his team that won the state championship last year finished with an 8:58 and with plenty left in the tank. LOL.

Another 7.35 @ 10:15. Almost identical to yesterday. Not a bad back to back given the ungodly humidity.

I’d kinda like to try them, but not sure they’d have enough support. If they weren’t so dang expensive I’d be more willing to risk that

I took a full 7 - 10 days off from running in both March and May because of travel. I have no excuse for April.
