2 nights of crappy sleep for me and mrs Doug...our dog hasn't eaten anything different but got us up 2 nights in a row 2 different times per night to out for a poop

I’ve slept like a rock the last two nights, but am still dog tired when I get up. I have no doubts I have sleep apnea.

Third night in a row of fantastic sleep after going through a stretch of bad sleep. Made a few tweaks and feeling so good.

woke up to power outage due to some massive thunderstorms around 11pm and struggled to sleep throughout the night because of, you got it, massive thunderstorms

woke up at 230 am to take the dog our for the shits...got an extra hour or so of sleep on the couch..at least its Saturday
