Gained a lot of water weight from some pizza and eating at a wedding this weekend. Ugh. Back at it today with a freaking salad.

I ate late last night (9:30ish) because I was traveling and can report timing is everything.

Worked out four times in the last six days.

Eating more because of this, but remaining healthy, focusing on protein, low carbs.

BMI in healthy range still, but it's too close for comfort.

Bearing down now before the Pearl Jam weekend.

Down 5.8 pounds this week, for 16.4 pounds total over 3 weeks. I made 20 pounds my first mini goal, so I am hoping to bust last that next week—and when I say I was sedentary this past week, I really mean I was on my ass all day; it was also a very stressful week, which leads to lots of walks around the house and pacing in the kitchen (never a good combination), and while next week will have some stressors too, I hope to be more active.

I was disappointed last week when I stayed exactly the same after what I thought was a nice week of watching my intake and being a little extra active, so it’s nice to have a solid week right after.

I forgot to weigh myself today...I realized this after I took a shower and was soaking wet.

I feel good today. I'd imagine I weigh a little less or the same as yesterday. Probably a little less.

No workout today because I have my kiddo....but moving around a lot and keeping active.

Maybe snort a water pill (or two) later. Coupled with extreme heat in the East...I could potentially drop a few pounds of water weight in quick fashion.

been clocking in pretty regularly the last week at 165-166

this is local low for me

i have not wildly been exercising more

but i have been eating less

perhaps due to stress

i can still hit my workout for the most part

have not been cranking it to the max

a little odd

abs feel good

have been drinking lots of water so not just straight dehydration

maybe just peak summer physique before the S.A.D. darkness kicks in and I am back to eating donuts late at night to feel safe

I’ve been eating terribly the last week and no exercise. I think I lost a few pounds while sick so I’m probably even. But also filled with excess sugar.

I had a stomach bug this week and it’s been hot as balls, so my weigh-in tomorrow morning is going to be fraudulent.

Once again, I feel the urge to say that the books are cooked and that this does not represent me working really hard this week or me being a boss. This was me not eating due to nausea and shitting my pants a few times.

Anyway, I lost 10.5 pounds this week, so in four weeks I’m down 26.9 total. I’ve dropped below 300 pounds for the first time since probably 2018.

Also, sometimes the work you put in early in your journey takes time to pay off, so please know, ST, you earned that weight loss.
