What's the only thing better than a car full of lawyers? A cliff.
And they say that a hero could save us
I'm not gonna stand here and wait
I'm not gonna stand here and wait

yeah, but i think she was trying to make it seem like her lawyer agreed it was a common element. we basically called her bluff, but engaged our lawyer just in case.Bammer wrote:No matter the dispute … the lawyers always win

Currently have a crew of guys running around the house cleaning all our windows. It’s a big job as a couple two story ones then a bunch of sliding doors. Long overdue.

Re: The Home Improvement Thread
My yard guys are supposed to come over 2x month during spring/summer and 1x during fall/winter.
I think they came over for a third time in August the other day and I can’t tell what, if anything, they did and now I’m gonna have to question the invoice when it arrives.

Re: The Home Improvement Thread
Goddammit, they knocked one of the third floor sliding screens off its track and I can’t open it to fix it. Might need these guys to come back out with their ladder to fix.

Luckily, my neighbor has one of those folded ladders that extends, so I was able to borrow that and re-track my sliding screen. Quite the innovation!
