Other than Pearl Jam, who else is there?

I saw him in march.

Last Tuesday I drove 10 hours. Slept 4. Drove another 6 and went right to a rehearsal space, practiced for 8 hours straight, home to sleep, up at 8 am for a 9 hour rehearsal day, straight to pj, home at 1 am, up at 7, back to rehearse, played my own show, to sleep at 1 am, up for family brunch, Pearl Jam, Perkins, sleep at 2 am, state fair all day, drove 8 hours Monday, 7 hours Tuesday.

I'd have to drive back to Denver 2.5 hours Saturday, fly out to Baltimore before show, fly back sunday, drive 2.5 hours home sunday.

Sounds fucking awful.

Geezes. It'd probably cost me another $700 just to get to the show. Looks like I'd have to go down to Denver Friday night and get a hotel so I could catch a flight earlier enough to make it to show.

#neverforget this mf required his audience to show “proof” that they took a specific brand of covid shot before allowing them to see his broadway show.

A few that didn’t obviously slipped through

My point is that is was bad enough to ban people based on “vaccine” status for a shot that the rule makers didn’t yet understand and even more ridiculous to require a specific brand.

I thought his Broadway run ended before Covid? I guess not.

Adam Scott and Scott Aukerman released the first episode of the new season of their music podcast today - they're deep diving Bruce.

I've never been a big Bruce fan, but I am a big fan of Scott and Scott. They certainly helped me appreciate REM and The Talking Heads, so hopefully they'll do the same for Bruce.

Apparently we just passed the 50th anniversary of The Wild, The Innocent, and the E Street Shuffle. Probably a top 10 album for me. Front to back gem.

Every one? Was my post not on topic? Should we forget about past injustices just so the people who supported the acts don’t feel uncomfortable?
Also, how is stating what someone did political?
