Great way to start the day.....I dumped out early this AM and it was nice, long and clean. Only required a few wipes.

Toilet stopping up cow-pie just now. Had to take the plunger outside and spray down.

Caught me by surprise since my poo pops have been solid this week other than Wednesday and Thursday. Minimal wiping at least

Just experienced a rare third dump out at work. Nice big long log but a little wet so a lot of wiping required.

Still, I feel super unbloated, my pants are fitting loose and I wonder if I lost a little water weight, too?

I was at 159 this AM, which is a little high for me....mmmm, I wonder if I will come in around 158 or 157 tomorrow?

But, it's Friday night...

I ate one of my homegrown jalapeños with my potatoes this morning for breakfast and it is absolutely scorching my bunghole with its departure.

Took some stool softener last night and dropped a big ol’ log this morning, plus a few kit-kat bars. I’m not sure if it was attached to the end of the big log, but there was also a weird shaped dookie that looked like if you took play dough and molded to a round shape, then smushed a little. Oddly very little smell to this one also
