I had some aspargus last night and it was so tasty. Always been a fan.

Looked it up and does some good things for you. It really flushed out a ton of salt in my body and I am feeling very light and regular.

Does asparagus burn belly fat?
Asparagus isn't as popular a veggie as others on this list, but it's a wonder food when it comes to burning fat and slimming down. Asparagus contains the chemical asparagine, which is an alkaloid that acts directly on cells and breaks down fat.

I can put up with the odor, the benefits have been great. Having a very de-bloated day today.

158.2

BMI at 24.05 (it's nice to see that number trend down a bit today)

I'm really liking all the asparagus that I've been eating. Had a steak along with a side of asparagus for dinner last night.

Had six water pills over the last two days and shed about 2-3 pounds of pesky water weight from my carbs fest last weekend.

What have you been eating for lunch and dinner?

I skip breakfast most days, too, but opt for an early lunch instead.

Think I am headed to Longhorn Steakhouse again tonight.

Their filet w/ side of asparagus is a fierce low carb option that I really love. It would be nice to start the weekend off with a very low carb meal vs. pizza.

Would you like some bread?

Me: Nope.

lately for lunch either bean burger w salsa (no bread) or bean burrito + chicken burrito w salsa

dinner all over the place lately including regular non-bean normie food

but for a while was usually banza mac n cheese or lentils over brown rice

I gained a few pounds this week, but I feel like it was more of a correction after being sick last week and losing so much at once. Still down over 20 pounds.

Nice!

I went back up a pound to 159.2 but I'll take that after the weekend I just had with food and drink.

Making some asparagus again tonight. That'll help.

Didn't feel like weighing in. I know the number is going to be too high after my weekend. Ugh.
