woke up at around 12:30 to get some milk for my kid, had trouble falling asleep, but as I was drifting off i experienced some "Exploding Head Syndrome" several times, followed by extremely weird dreams .. no big deal

I’ve been hitting the pillow 10:30-11 at the latest for the last month and it’s been really paying off. Couldn’t sleep and stayed up watching a movie til midnight last night and I definitely feel tired and out of it this morning. That extra hour or so is proving to be clutch.
