3 miles in 33:00.

Due to a combination of bad weather and lingering sickness, I'd only ran 18 miles total since August 1st. Today is the first day I've felt mostly normal in almost 3 weeks so was glad to get out there, so i'll take it.

2.25 after not going since last Thursday. Hope to go Saturday and bump the distance up. I have to get back into a routine.

Didn't make it out yesterday. Today I went the same distance, but a lot faster. One of those times where slowing down didn't feel any better, but I was struggling at the end.

It’s crazy how much faster my pace is when the terrain is flat and I don’t have the dog with me

Got tired of all my slow runs feeling just as crappy as my faster ones, so I got mad and did a few miles of speed intervals. Had to walk instead of slow job between each one, but overall I did pretty well.

I don't think i'll ever consistently get my heart rate in the lower zones.

9 @ 9:43

Not too bad considering mile 1 was @ 10:41 and mile 2 was @ 10:17
