Too early to judge it. We’ll see in the future what she does. We know that the actor who played her master is dead, but the story between the two characters does not feel finished.

Going with Thrawn had plenty of risks as well. That’s not like taking a taxi home.

A+: Baylan, Ezra, Chopper , Huyang
A-: Shin, Hera(no problem with actor just the make up), Jacen
B: Thrawn, Ahsoka
C: Sabine, Morgan

A+: Baylan, Hera, Huyang, Anakin (all four were top tier, not much else to say)
A: Shin (interesting and charismatic), Ezra (nailed the energy), Chopper (well made), Sabine (a little off the original character, but loved the actress)
B: Thrawn (great actor, lacked something), Ahsoka (charm gone, but fine performance)
C: Morgan (meh)

No idea what you guys see in Ezra's portrayal. He's very much just okay. Baylan and Shin are the standouts.

Well I haven't seen Rebels so I should probably shut. I thought it was strange that he refused a weapon and then picked one up within a minute of fighting a shitload of troopers. But I guess he didn't want to leave Sabine without her full arsenal.

Shin was good and interesting, but could have been better. Think the actress played it a little bit over the top a few times, although the character did have a bit of that crazy vibe. Then other times, she was just there.
