More of an irrational hatred, but i really cannot stand Arcade Fire. I kinda liked a few of their songs, but the more time passes, the more insufferable I find their music.

They have some good tracks. The big whoa-ohh stuff with the banging on the big drum hasn't aged great but I really like "Reflektor"

Some of my favorite tracks of theirs are instrumentals from the Her soundtrack. Like this piano piece is just lovely, sounds like Erik Satie

pretty sure that's my favourite on The Suburbs, the picked guitar part is gorgeous

I don't listen to them anymore because of what came out about Win, but I adored their music

Here's a random thought: I was singing to myself Sinatra's It Was a Very Good Year and realized that the vocal melody start with the same notes and similar phrasing as Crystal Ship by The Doors.

i like most of their music, but yeah they are insufferable and Butler's accusations kinda his self rightgeous banters. Its a good example of "just listen to the music, you dont know shit about these people" i guess.
