I’ve gotten into baking bread a lot lately. And it’s paying off. Getting better at it.
Was doing basic loafs and trying different methods with varying results.
Then, Found this and it’s the go to recipe and method. Turns out perfect every time.
https://www.seriouseats.com/simple-crus ... ead-recipe

Getting fancy now and doing my first focaccia today. The dough is all set and been in the fridge since Saturday. Focaccia it’s seems is the easiest bread to make. By a distance.
And has most potential.

Literally just flour yeast water olive oil
Mix.
Let sit.
Then put on whatever toppings you like.
Cherry tomatoes shallots olives Parmesan peppers salami onions etc etc etc

Anything. Then just stick it in the oven.

Here was me stressing about bread and the easiest one is the tastiest one to make.
I shouldn’t say that as I haven’t finished yet but today is the day.
Gonna dip my toe into sourdough next.
Huzzah!

Turned out great!! I was sure I had ruined it but no. Worked perfectly. I’m a total novice so shouldn’t say but it’s gotta be the easiest bread to make. Just mix it all up and no needing even required. Bung it in the fridge for a couple of days. Easy as.

Going to do it again and go wild on the toppings.
