I was at the Tweeter Center show in Mansfield MA in 2003. I was hoping they would play Get Right, but I recall the Ghost > Green Disease back to back was awesome.

Yeah, I was at that one too! 2003 was my year to see them. 6 shows between the two legs - most I had done before or since.
