$40 USD in '98! I think I paid less for The Aeroplane Flies High box!Kevin Davis wrote:I had a bootleg CD of it in the ‘90’s — it was called “Rocknight” and probably cost me $40. Some monster performances on there.

Oh absolutely — the Aeroplane Flies High box was definitely cheaper new than a bootleg CD. Those things were insane. But in those pre-CDR/download days, it really felt like access to something special.

Do Smashing Pumpkins fans have their own version the the Red Mosquito forum? I'm sure this is going over well there.

Standard. Green Day are pretty big. And those tea parties aren't gonna host themselves.

Green Day was bigger than SP even back in 90s, Dookie sold like 20 million copies.

I think Billy would feel threatened by your height. He also seems to only allow ebony SGs.

Me too, I thought I might finally see a Smashing Pumpkins show if that was the case.VinylGuy wrote:Kinda weird they are looking for a third guitar...i was kinda exited with being back to Billy and James.
In fact, I kind of presumed Jeff got pushed out because Billy felt a third guitarist was superfluous now James was back.
Who's the idiot now?
