they are iconic. As a kid, growing up in the 90s, i was a arnold fan. Huge fan. I couldnt really understand Sly at all.

Part of Cliffhanger was filmed at one of our state parks about 15 minutes from my parents’ house. My grandad worked there at the time and he was pissed off about it because they were disrupting his day-to-day routine.

as a matter of fact, Stallone has historically been very hands on with his productions, from early project development through release. This is covered in depth in Powerhouse
so the praise should be more for his behind the scenes work, not so much his acting prowess
