Massages

Post by lennytheweedwhacker »

I’ve never had a professional one, but looking to book one next week. What is the best route for a first timer? Hot stones worth it?

A professional massage is great. Very relaxing. Just make sure you drink plenty of water afterwards.

it's very important to replenish after losing bodily fluids.

I just made a reservation for a regular hour full body.

I don’t really have specific areas I think need special attention. Just feels like I have an overall tenseness.

I've never done hot stones but I would suggest bumping from 60 to 90 minutes if you can. The extra 30 minutes is well worth it in my experience.

I too am due for a massage - thanks for the reminder!
