If you are going skydiving with a baby you probably had to sign a waiver as the guardian. So, you kinda already agreed to save it.

Also this baby doesn’t have the weight to bring itself back down to earth once its chute opens. The wind is going to blow that thing 1200 miles away. Could end up in the ocean and drown anyway. Then you can land and just not tell anyone that you told a baby that you believed in god, and you got rid of the baby too.
