started to feel a tickle in my throat yesterday afternoon, then woke up in the middle of the night with full blown congestion. finally caught the bug that both the kid and wife had last week. bad timing.
pounding the zinc and cold & flu in hopes of getting close to 100% for travel midweek. nothing fun about being sick on a plane with a toddler.
The kid got a bug both going there and coming back first time we went. Just germs everywhere and they touch everything, roll around on the floor at the airport, etc.
A good reminder to pack some sanitizer, thank you David.

And they say that a hero could save us
I'm not gonna stand here and wait

i have a leg thing that comes and goes and it might be arthritis.. how do you get diagnosed?
i went to an ortho and they did an xray. that day 2 hours before a round of golf he hit me with a shot of cortizone
it feels really "weird" in your leg when it hits. best i can describe it is that you feel a river running through your pelvis/leg for about 10 seconds
surely a non-ortho can diagnose too, right? or should i go out of my way to find an ortho? sorry, i'm an idiot when it comes to doctor stuff
i originally thought it was sciatic nerve. when to the chiro for about 8 visits. didnt get better. looked on our insurance landing page and picked an ortho

dang seems like any old doc could take a quick x ray and figure it out, I mean, if you want to call a chiro a doc...
